If you hit each one of those goals, you can look in the mirror before you go to bed every night and say, I'm successful. But as a direct measure, are they all equally important? Or what is the hierarchy of importance when it comes to those? For me, like, if I don't sleep well, everything else is shot. My appetite is off. I don't have energy to work out. So that's kind of like the foundational thing for me. Some people can function on four hours of sleep and like, fine. Because you're welcome for the workout. And for the steps. Thank you.
