Introduction
If someone's going to do business with you, that means they're hiring your product to solve a problem. So clay tells this story about he got hired, i think t woud buy mac donald's to make milk shake sales go up. He did some research and discovered that 30 % of all milk shake sales are at breakfast aus it turns out that customers were hiring the milk shake to solve their problem. And so Macdonald apparently made up some new kind of breakfast things that people perceived as being healthier for breakfast. The point is, when you tell me your business, what i'm really saying is, would I hire that product, or would i hire that service solve my problem
