The Benefits of Breathing Through the Nasal Airway
The main difference is that the nose is our pathway, that filters air and conditions air. We can get 20 % more oxygen breathing through our noses than we do equivalent breaths through our mouths. If you think that's not going to make a difference when you're working out, actually, any time in the day, you're crazy. It's about the quality of the breath, not just the quantity.
