I just think that it's probably hard to prove in humans that it's bad for you. Because the, all we can show over the short term is the effect that seed oils have compared to other fats on like lipids. And also like you're neglecting all of the other facets of human health outside of that one single biomarker. They should be considered guilty until proven innocent.
