"And then her co facilitator, who's like a person of color can, can speak more to the truth of racism and the truth of like the lived black experience" She recalls two sort of long form sessions that she led; one or two small group sessions with individual departments. They were four hours long but mandatory for all EDI staff at the time. If you didn't attend, you had to go out and do something else if you couldn't make it to the big one.
