The Proximity to Failure of Type Two Muscle Fibers
The type two muscle fibers take a lot longer to fatigue and they usually are more associated with endurance exercise. Proximity to failure is the thing that kind of normalizes what muscle fibers and the treatment of all of them across the complement. For me to see growth with more of my type two A's, I probably need to get closer to failure through more of an accumulation sort of strategy.
