Cooking Ribeye Steaks - Is There Anything to the Finish of the Steak?

There's been, there's actually a study out there on pigs eating ribeye steaks. And they cooked in the various different temperatures and they wanted to see what the protein absorption was like. I think rare ground beef actually showed quite a bit of a absorption. So it's kind of all over the place. It just tastes good. Human beings have been cooking steaks over fires for arguably hundreds of thousands of years, if not millions of years depending on your particular bias.
