Hyper Ventilation Is Not Nasal Breathing

I saw you guys had a post on the the socker player stuff. Some of these guys are having their mouth open at all times. You could just see the picturesndind thei're not nasal breathing. The only thing is, though, if youwere breathing hard and fast through the mouth, you would be more likely to hyper ventilation than if you were breathing through your nose. When we breathe hard and fast and our blood vessels are constricting, we can be depriving the heart of blood and oxygen delivery.
