Eggs have the most certain poultry, other avian species have some. There's very little in vegetables, and obviously, carbohydrate has virtually no tryptophane whatsoever. The more processed food you eat, the more dopamine you will make because you will have the precursors for that. It explains why diet is so problematic in terms of what we've done and our basically social devolution to our unhappiness and depression.
