I would say I loosely tracked and just added in food a little bit too quickly. That's a very important thing you see a lot of people doing coming from keto is like Oh carbs are okay so I'm just adding in carbs on top of what I was doing before. No, no, no, you have to like transition out of that a little bitso I think that tweaking that transition out would have been a little bit better. Yeah.
