Creating Containers for Things I'm Not Sure I Want to Do but I Like Them

i'm very big on like personal boundaries and limits i know i feel like i'm so important. put into place that are allowing you to work uh to work brighter. My theory on batching is that people should only try to batch their like lowest energy work because otherwise you're like creating a marathon for yourself if you do it five times in a row. It comes back to avoiding those energy hangovers one of these shoes i've had withbatching is that  if i have a task every wednesday that's like email day but also when i see something throughout my day I just write it down for my next power hour.
