How to Support Your Child With Depression and Anxiety

I was exhausted by three in the afternoon and picking the kids up in the afternoon you know I was like oh gosh can I make it till we get to bedtime and I wasn't even working at that time. So my mental state of supporting Jonathan and even making sure that he got out of bed in the morning and started work just kind of all added up. It's brought me to a much better understanding of the brain and how to support parents and regulate their nervous system which is co-regulation. At the end of the day mental health and being able to support your child no matter what is going on or the worries and issues let's say come up  is really important.
