Building a Relationship With Customers

I think part of the challenge is especially when you're in sales, because like I said earlier, you still have numbers to hit. How do you hit those quotas and then also balance the relationship side of things? The biggest challenge is that takes a lot of time. You have to get in ingrained with these customers. It's not a customer and a seller type relationship. It's more of a partnership. We consider ourselves a solution provider. So we provide different elements of whatever the customer may need.
