How Does the Jester Work?

The jester has a deck of cards that you draw from randomly. If any of the cards match, you can discard them. The limmer break for this character is that you can activate cards for free if they match. In one and every four turns you do like, aty damage or something. But the rest of the time you're not really doing that much damage. And that's kind of what makes that character have this really nice rhythm.
