Usually when you set up the BDR department, you start with two free people. It doesn't make sense to hire some people or 10 people right away. For for that we put there one of our people, one of our consultants which we have in the team. So it's not that we would search on the market and say, Hey, this guy might look for that. Those are actually the people which which stayed with us for several years.
