Growth has to come from inside the company. When you take someone from some hien programme, some hot shot maybe, and he just parachutes in from the top, he doesn't necessarily understand why the company grows. So sanje decided to step down a c eo and move to the board. That sort of aspiration became like an, like marching cry for rusico when he took over because that was the way that they could really grow the business.
