Productized Services - How Far Down Should You Niche Down?
The service is a service that you can put a process behind so it can be delivered repeatedly without you having to be involved in every single project. The opposite is those like high touch consultants that do anything for anybody who ever has a problem. That spectrum is very, very real. And another thing with productized services, you can really niche down. I don't know if you guys think about it, but how far down should a niche go on a productized service?
