The Importance of Restraint in Pushing

I was always like the person who works the hardest or like I would get like awards and soccer for like the most hustle, but also be a very mediocre player on the team. So when I got to the kind of end of this path, like it was very clear that actually part of the issue was double, doubling down. Part of the issue in the pandemic for me is that when I'm faced with challenges, I work harder. And there's only so much of that you can do. The things that work for you work really well until they get in your way.
