The most foundational thing that I have found in my own life and doing research on health is that...and we're seeing a lot of things like this come out too, just in the mainstream even. There's actually a word for it, which is denach audio. And it means having a routine. So, you know, hygiene is really big in Ayurveda. You can just ...you can do daily massage on yourself with oils. Keeping your skin healthy is really, really important because it also moves the blood. It helps circulate, it helps cleanse, it helps detox the deep tissues. We want to move the lymph, the lymph and the blood with skin brushing.
