As you start getting to a higher level of training, you do have changes in your hunger and satiation. And lot of people, when they're doing lots of high intensity work, they don't have an appetite. So i'm trying to get them to eat more in order not to get into a low energy state. I want them to know if they're feeling tired, if they're Feeling lethargic,. If they're feeling unfocused or focused so then they can then feel what it like, what it is like to have food.
