The tolerance is the biggest issue there though, you know, making sure that we don't want a ton of roughage left over in our GI tract from carb loading. The blood flow to our GI tract is just not very good and we can end up having GI issues if there's too much fibrous material left over in there. So I think it's just being smart and knowing our bodies and thinking back to like what worked the day before 20-mileers or long runs"
