The Power of Observing Your Thoughts

The more you observe your thoughts and your actions, that actually has an impact. If you want to be present, then continue to ask yourself the questions. What am I thinking? What am I feeling? And then resist, don't analyze it. Just go, Oh, those are the thoughts. That's why in meditation, what you're focusing on is the breath,. taking that deep breath in and then feeling your diaphragm. When you do that, when you go into your body, guess what? There's not much thinking happening.
