Is Cowdy a Real Thing?

We can certainly culture bacteria out of people's bladder frequently, whether they're in the ic or elderly folks living their lives in the community. But is it evasive infections that are causing disease? Or are they a symptomatic bacteria or basically just colonization? There was no difference in the frequency of fever, disuria, lugosytosis, urinary symptoms, between these two groups of patients.
