The SEC Proposed a Half Cent Rule for Exchanges
The proposal was approved unanimously. The second big part of that rule is the change to access fees. They were set back in 2005 at 30 cents for 100 shares, sometimes called 30 mills. Ix has been very clear traditionally that we don't pay rebates. We think they are not it's not a good way of attracting liquidity.
