When you're executing a big part of your own vision, it can be really hard to listen to somebody questioning that. And i've always battled with this because i love providing flexibility and freedom within an operate environment. It becomes a lot more challenging when you have to then explore whether you truly want to go down someone else's path. Most of the time, i've found that it's got pretty good merit in at least exploring that whereis. You go too far down the egoic side a, it's easy just to discount those things, which can then be then limits opportunities. Well, luck.
