The Constraint Approach to Injury Prevention

Rob: I think it's a good o general philosophy for learning and performing in allotted domains. The one that's got me really excited is that we didn't touch on too much, is that doing these kind of constraints, let approach ind things wherre encouraging the athlete to be more variable in their movements. There's a growing body of evidence to show that trying to do the same one technique is actualy what promotes injury. So i think s an exciting aspect of it for me.
