There's some emerging research looking at the utility of a ketogenic diet for folks with neurodegenerative disease. You know, personally, I think that if we can keep our glucose levels down, we can reduce the amount of fructose we're producing. We do not want to have a lot of fructose in the brain because all the data suggests that it can cause memory problems. Most of us are getting, are either eating or making too much fructose.
