The Future of the Preces Profession

One of the things at the precels collective that we've really been trying to highlight is bringing more diversity into the profession. And as a white male father of a daughter, i'm trying to play my role in tring to help the diversity of the profession. We're truly trying to put a focus on that with our career launch programme right where we've had sometimes over 50 % women in those cohorts. So this is really important to the future of this profession. The reality of the preces profession is that it's predominantly male and predominantly white male.
