Is It Better to Have a Map for Chicago Than No Map?

In the aftermath of the crisis, demand for my services has never been higher. Some would argue it's better to have map for chicago than no map at all. I just want to build a society in which these forecasts are not taken seriously. We know how to do kof mother nature.
