Are You Getting a Happiness Boost From Mindfulness Practice?
i'm really interested in what happens to people right when they start meditating. We started looking at what we call like minimum right the first time that anybody's ever meditated. After just ten minutes of meditating for the very, very first time, their cognitive performance got a little bit better. There are also emotional benefits as well - i get a happiness boost from this kind of mindfulness practice. And if overtime we can reduce our stress levels, that is another way of saying they are becoming happier. They're becoming less stressed.
