Dashim: The fact that I have this thought is that I'm doing some self monitoring. That in the never itself could be an advantage does self monitoring. So it's provoking some of the emotions are listed on the on the daily mood log and um those emotions in and of itself, I have some advantages because they kind of you know, spur me into trying to improve. They keep me on my toes.
