How to Cook a Salad
Every every salad to me is a story and that's the way I think of them. So for me my salads were always roasted or cooked vegetables. Sometimes they were shaved raw but most of the time they were cooked and roasted with lots of flavor maybe dusted in in some spices. There's you got to create texture on the top so whether that be nuts, seeds, and then a lot of herbs because that kind of just brings brightness and a lot of excitement. You could have like kind of an okay tasting salad but if you add like a heap of mint or cilantro or basil or something like that it just brings the whole thing to life.
