The Effects of Pronation on the Elbow
You're going to find that as you go into full pronation, most of us are elbows almost kick out to the side a little bit more. And that as you then fully supinate, they almost allow you to tuck in to the side too. So they really start changing the direction that the elbow is facing as an expression of pronation and supination. That might then impact what happens to the triceps as a result of that. But as far as the electron on the ulnar are concerned by themselves, assuming we are just doing pronation and Supination alone, the triceps shouldn't give two shids.
