consistency itself maybe being a larger contributing factor to health than people realize. Breakfast is the easiest place to start, because somepeople don't feel so such a need to engage with lots of different like they feel pretty comfortable eating the same thing regularly for breakfast. There's more and more research that suggest the timing of how we eat is also very important because of our circadian rhythm.
