How to Write a Daily Journal
If you don't have a good night's sleep it always seems worse the next day. I think that's a very valid point isn't it? Journaling at the end of the day get it out of your brain so you get a goodnight's sleep. Once you've written all your daily journal just go back and read it slowly through and pick out if it's something that you know that you can change or you feel that you should be able to change.
