It's good to like kind of want to get on someone's level. You can lean on that a little bit, but you don't want to just go overboard with it. No being able to like End a conversation by pulling in something that was previously brought up. If you say somebody's name way too many times in the sales call Then it's like, okay, they had some corporate training where they said to say my name 20 times now I'm yeah irritated.
