The Role of Calf Raises in Athletes
A lot of people have Achilles issues and all they do is calf raises, but that's not enough. You need to look at how well someone actually moves their foot. If you're having a voice-up tendon issue, I'd probably check how well your elbow moved. We've had thousands go through our programs and work with me personally and some of our physios - we can completely change the movement of the whole foot by focusing on it.
