Parabasation Is a Tool to Make the Body Adaptable to Training

Parabasation really is both on a macro level and a micro level. How to learn the body to gradually adapt to make the body adaptable so if you have changes in the training stimulus you can of course decide what areas you want to develop or maintain but also continuously help the body to be adaptable. The biggest problem among many athletes that you just you just kind of you don't adapt anymore it's kind of you lose your adaptability.
