How to Make Flexibility Work for You
I'm kind of a mind naturally just to be like how does that work this is why I got into flexibility. So the same thing here it was like just looking at the mechanisms at play. Some of them are contrasting and I had to had to make a choice like do I want to make this mechanism work really well? Or do I want more performance based mechanism work well? These processes take a long time and if you want to be a performing athlete quickly, they're not good processes. They're actually very, very slow there's way, way, way better ways of training. It might help but I'll still have to be like getting all the handstands specific training happening
