I like to think about our life in terms of five buckets. Each day you need to do something in each of those categories. So one of them is physical moving your body, mental looking after your mental wellbeing and taking care of yourself there. And then one part of that is practical meaning there's just some shit you need to get done. Social, cool friend. Then the final one is spiritual or emotional or to do with your hobbies.
