The Power of Apologies

Under capitalism I would be considered more important to the people who own this building. That creates a power dynamic where I have more power than the person who was clean in the office. And when that happens, he can't get genuine human connection. The thing is not everything you learn growing up is bad. Aside from being emotionally regulated and being able to pop myself in that person's shoes and realise that it's not a problem at all. Another thing that informed me are values that I learned as a kid. My dad was a union organizer. He instilled these values in me. While doing her job, my mom packed shelves in the supermarket. Sometimes people weren't very nice to her because
