How Do You Deal With Price Anchoring?

The biggest pushback i would see here is somebodys, there's a concept in economics called price anchoring,. And so i might have even bought the product at x, y or z price, and now you're trying to sell it to me for more. How do you guys handle that objection? Cause i'm sure you hear it all the time, right?
