How Much Sleep Do I Need?
The vast majority of adults need somewhere between seven to eight hours per day. The odds that you need less than six a half hours are very low. Figure out what your bedtime should be and set an alarm for at least 20 minutes before going to sleep. Most responsible people just can't sleep in in the morning.
