There's a big question in terms of if we've got people with any sort of LDL cholesterol level that's in this range where atherosclerosis can progress, is kicking the con down the road by a decade. I think there's a big ethical question that will eventually have to be faced where delaying intervening in the causal pathway could lead to some very bad outcomes for patients. The three major class of drugs that are available for lowering LDL include statins which inhibit HMG-CoA reductase and Zetamib on bile acids sequestrant. And they all act by upregulating the expression of the LDL receptor. They all act by making more cranes in the harbor clear
