Cross Fit
Cross fit is mixing a monostructura movement, which is fancy word for cardio viking, with a weight lifting implement. What i want you to do is bike for a minute, as hard as you can, push or carry something as heavy and as far as possible in the next minute. And then for the third minute, hold a plank, rince wash. Repeat that cycle four times, and you have a 12 minute work out that you have. I think that's a cross fit, kind of like its bread and butter, is ixing modalities.
