Sprint Interval Training
The current training recommendations are 150 minutes of moderate to vigorous activity a week. That's based on science that's about 20 years old because coaching and guidelines take so long. But if we look at the current evidence of sprint interval training, resistance training, this is probably what you should be doing. The whole workout in itself is maybe 15 minutes. And that invokes so many metabolic and central nervous system adaptations.
