BP's Merchant Trading Group
BP had a merchant trading group, meaning it was unrelated to their core asset business. So for me specifically, I was in their gas and power group, which was in Houston. And I ran the electricity, the Eastern electricity desk. We essentially, I set the desk up to look like a virtual power plant.
