The question came in from Trevor S and Trevor said, how would you communicate the importance of preserving or regaining the ability to jump to members? For example, the workout has box jumpovers. How would you encourage someone to try scaling down a jump before just modifying it to a step over or something like that? The way I see it, if an athlete has the ability to produce enough power for a jump, even just over a line on the ground,. It's still a huge sign in the right direction of their ability to stay functional as they age.
