Is There a Bonus to the VC?

I don't know about attaching a bonus to it. It's more for the people ops team, so they can kind of measure how well they're actually finding the right people for the role and the journey. So we don't invest in assholes at all. But what I would say is we do a lot of teaching. And I think that a lot of the founders that come to us actually are looking for guidance. We have a lot. The one, the VC that you've never heard of, the CVC that you'venever heard of, we have more unicorns than Andreessen,. anyone who's invested in seed, Sequoia, et cetera.
