What You've Learned Through Transformational Weight Loss

I want to talk with you about what you've learned both through your own transformational weight loss and sustained. I think that's important right the sustained part because that requires substantial like actual behavioral change. So kind of like how that goes taking people from a prolonged fast reintroducing food but then not just getting back to the old habits right. It was fine. I didn't really feel like 24 hours was challenging but I tried doing it two weeks in a row where I took or I didn't eat on Monday and then by the second week I felt like quite drained. so maybe there's a little issue there.
